Submit your research poster for the chance to be featured at the Mini Research Symposium during the NYSNS Annual Meeting on November 15, 2025, at the Metropolitan Pavilion, NYC. Top posters will be presented at the event.

Submission Requirements:
- At least one author must be an NYSNS member.
- The first author must be a student, neurology resident, or fellow.
- Authors should be listed in the correct order for the final abstract.
- NYSNS will contact only the first/presenting author regarding acceptance.
- Ensure all authors have reviewed and approved the abstract content.
Abstract Guidelines:
- Character Limit: 3,200 characters (including title, abstract body, and spaces, but excluding authors, institutions, tables, and images).
- Format: Submit as a PDF.
- Abstracts should be structured into four sections:
- Background
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions (highlighting the significance of findings)
- Tables and images can be included without affecting the character limit.
Additional Guidelines:
- Use only standard abbreviations. Define the full term the first time it appears.
- Use references sparingly. References are not included in the character count.
- Ethical standards for animal and patient research must be followed.
- Note any sources of funding at the end of the abstract (excluded from character count).

- Proofread your submission carefully before uploading.
- You will receive a confirmation email within one business day. If not, follow up with nysneurology@gmail.com to ensure receipt of your submission.
